Don’t get me wrong, it can be beneficial to get support, especially if we feel frightened to look within and we’re not sure of what’s “really” going on inside that’s creating our experiences on this earthly ride. However, ya gotta agree to something new, this agreement happens from deep inside of you.

I talk to many people throughout the day who say they want to change, stop a behavior that’s no longer serving them, heal past hurts and wounds, follow their heartfelt dreams and within a few minutes the reasons why they “can’t” appears.

Why is this? We say we want something, but do we really? Somehow it’s serving us to stay the same, even if we’re hurting ourselves and destroying our health. It’s called secondary gain, it’s a protector per sey, protector from what? Change.

If this is you, I get it, I’ve been there too, I understand what you’re going through. It’s not as challenging as you might believe, in fact, once you take the step, you’ll find it to be a relief. It’s not as bad once we get through, we get to live from a new point of view.

The only thing that stops our energy from flowing is the emotional hurts, wounds and pains that haven’t been embraced, LOVED and healed. Once we heal more LOVE, joy, freedom, creativity and happiness will BE revealed.
