Letting Go Of Control And Living In The Flow
Whenever I share my story about my journey with anorexia to nurses and groups the question I always get is “Isn’t it about control?” I think that’s such a great question and my response is “Aren’t we all trying to control our lives?” We try to hold things together, we think that we know how things “should” be and we try to make it that way, why? Because we want to feel okay, we try to seek pleasure to avoid pain.
Oh my LOVES, the idea that we need to control only stems from fear. Not only the fear that we won’t be safe and okay if we don’t control what happens in our lives, but the fear that comes from hiding behind trying to control our lives, get it?
Ya might be thinking “WTF is this girl talking about?” Well, to put in a way that might help ya understand this better is that most of us have unresolved hurts and pains inside and we don’t want to feel them so we create our lives where we protect ourselves. Some of us use food, drugs, alcohol or we smoke, have sex with numerous partners or we stay busy throughout the day. Some of us try to mask our weakness and not feeling good enough by finding ways to feel powerful by accumulating money and things. We do this to compensate, but what’s really happening is we’re creating an inner debate. No thing outside can truly fulfill our desire to BE powerful or good enough, that comes from connecting with and flowing with the LOVE of the Divine.
So, back to this idea of control. Do you believe that everything is unfolding perfectly? Do you trust that the universe has a plan for you and is lovingly guiding you? What do you base your happiness and being okay on? Do you get frustrated when things don’t happen in your time and order? Do you try to control the people around you to be a certain way so you can feel okay? Do you have a routine you follow everyday to know that you’re “safe” in this earthly play? Do you have a hard time being okay when life doesn’t go your way, or are you relaxed, knowing that everything is unfolding perfectly in this earthly play?
With the years passing by, it was very difficult to get an erection even when they want to, if they have been under a lot of buy generic cialis you could try this out mental or physical consumption, s so they are maybe multi exhausted at night.
Once we learn to see with our spiritual eyes, we’ll no longer be fooled by the mind’s disguise. We get here by bringing compassion and LOVE to the pain and hurt that’s in our body glove.
So, make peace with life, make peace with you, ya really don’t have to figure out what to do. You don’t even need to “Hold it together” it’s easier to float just like a feather. Fear is what’s causing your problems my LOVES, this fear is energy blockages inside your body glove. As you release these blockages you’ll no longer feel the need to control, hide or wear a mask, instead you’ll be feeling happy and free and your energy will flow more naturally.
When ya truly have a deep knowing that life is unfolding perfectly and that you’re LOVED, supported and guided on this life journey, is when you’ll feel okay no matter what happens in this earthly play. You’ll no longer have a eeed to control because you released the fear that was guiding your show. This is what spiritual healing is, we’ll never be truly free until we’re trigger free, which is an ongoing process on this journey. The less triggered we are, the more naturally our lives flow allowing us to live from the light of our inner glow. To me, this is the most enjoyable way to experience this journey, are ya with me?
