How to make peace with our negative feelings
I’m finally beginning to understand more and more about why people are afraid to feel and/or express their “negative” or even sad or angry feelings, it’s because they don’t feel safe and/or social consequences are “at stake.”
If we’ve had traumatic experiences along the way, then those traumatic experiences are most likely “attached” to our “negative” feelings; this is going on subconsciously; it’s the law of “association.” We may feel shame; bad or wrong for having them, so we’ll do anything to push them away, so we can “be good” today.
But by doing so we create fragmentation and inner conflict, we use our energy to protect ourselves from our own biology and this keeps us from truly living.
If our trauma, hurt and pain hasn’t been processed, healed or integrated, we’ll be hyper sensitive and perceive everyone and everything as “a threat” including ourselves.
We wouldn’t be so afraid of feeling mad, bad, sad or angry if we didn’t have “social consequences” attached to those feelings, like being abandoned, scolded or punished for feeling the ways we’re feeling.
The key to healing and being truly free to allow ourselves to feel all of our feelings; it’s having a safe place to feel, process and express them without being judged or criticized for feeling the way we feel. This can be with a trusted friend or a healer like me, someone who can hold a space of unconditional LOVE and acceptance for us and however we’re feeling.
Just thinking new thoughts stays in the mental, our body’s energy is more powerful. We can act like things are okay, then BAM, trigger eh? That trigger IS showing us how our energy is flowing internally; what’s going on subconsciously.
True change and healing takes place in our bodies, in our energy patterning. When we get our energy body flowing, that’s in alignment with our true well being, we’ll no longer be in resistance to our feelings, instead, we’ll see them as “important friends” as messengers from our inner wisdom. When we listen with love and compassion, we’ll be able to see what in us needs attention, healing and/or perception shifting.

If we’re resisting our feelings, we’re also resisting getting to know some parts of you and me. So, in a sense, healing can also be called “uncovering/allowing.” Uncovering/allowing our feelings, our gifts, our talents, our natural abilities, our uniqueness, our creativity, our authenticity, the things that are truly amazing about you and me.
So, with all this being said; please be easy on you my LOVES and please don’t judge yourself for how you’re being and for how you’re feeling, you’re not gonna create “issues” in your reality because of how you’re feeling, that teaching just creates resistance and internal disturbance.
Self LOVE is LOVEing all parts of me and you, the “good/bad/ugly” and remember those are just labels given to us from others. When a “challenging” feeling arises, be with it with “LOVE and compassion.” Comfort that part of you, let it know it’s okay to feel how ti feels today. Let it reveal itself fully, make peace with your feelings today, you may want to say “I am LOVED and I AM safe.”
